Grapevine, Texas (PRWEB) August 17, 2015 -- Successful insurance industry veteran, Jim Rzepecki has joined USHEALTH Advisors, LLC; a career decision that allows him to continue following his passion for helping and serving others. For Jim Rzepecki, the notion of helping and serving others extends to his clients as well as agents and the company, which he considers to be his extended family. In the 1990’s – early 2000’s, Mr. Rzepecki worked with Messrs. McQuagge and Shelton in another highly successful captive insurance agency which was headed by Mr. McQuagge. While with that company, Mr. Rzepecki became a Top 50 Personal Producer with over $1 million in personally written new business. He later turned his attention to sales leadership, becoming a Top 10 District Leader and was then named a Division Leader for the company, tasked with rebuilding a sales team in the state of Oregon. In 2005, his sales team was ranked as the #2 Division nationally and remained a consistently high performing team within that captive agency system until Mr. McQuagge’s retirement in March, 2008.
Fast-forward seven years to 2015: Troy McQuagge is now President and CEO of USHEALTH Advisors, LLC and its parent company, USHEALTH Group, Inc., Mr. Shelton is a Sr. Vice President of USHEALTH Advisors, LLC. and Mr. Rzepecki is now a Satellite Division Sales Leader for USHEALTH Advisors.
Mr. McQuagge’s leadership combined with the efforts of a highly-skilled and dedicated executive team that includes Travis Yoder (Executive VP of Sales) and Brian Clark (Chief Marketing Officer), has led to USHEALTH Advisors unprecedented growth in the individual health insurance space since 2010.
