USI Affinity and the New Jersey State Bar Association Announce Enhancements to Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance Program
Matawan, NJ (PRWEB) December 16, 2013 -- USI Affinity and the New Jersey State Bar Association are excited to announce another series of enhancements to the successful NJSBA Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance Program. The New Jersey State Bar Association Insurance Program is administered by USI Affinity, the NJSBA’s exclusive member benefit insurance broker and a national leader in protecting the legal profession for more than 60 years. Enhancements to the NJSBA Lawyers’ Professional Liability Insurance offering include the addition of coverage for Privacy Breach Investigation ($20,000 per policy period) and Network Security Breach coverage ($25,000 per policy period), Subpoena Assistance Coverage ($25,000 per policy period) and a broadened definition of legal services to include expert witness, government advisor or lobbyist. In addition, if any claim is resolved by formal mediation within 6 months of being made, or 90 days of suit being filed, the deductible is reduced by 50%, to a max of $12,500.
