KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (PRWEB) June 26, 2018 -- Noodle Partners, the nation’s fastest-growing online higher education provider, today announced a partnership with University of Tennessee’s (UT) Haslam College of Business to launch its inaugural online graduate degree. The online Master of Science in Supply Chain Management will officially launch in mid-2019, but the course-building process will start this summer with Noodle’s learning specialists working closely with faculty to ensure effective and impactful content delivery.
"We are excited to announce the online MS in Supply Chain Management in UT's Haslam College of Business, and excited to do so with Noodle Partners,” said Bruce Behn, Associate Dean for Graduate and Executive Education at Haslam College of Business. “We expect that this will be the first of many online programs as we continue to adapt to the changing needs of business students across the country.”
The online program builds on the existing Master of Science in Supply Chain Management which was ranked second in the nation among other supply chain graduate programs by Gartner, and will focus on examples of this field from the world’s three largest economies. The online program will ensure that UT graduates obtain the same high-quality global perspective, a broad business network, and the tailored skills they need to succeed in this field. The online program will also work closely with Haslam College of Business’ Global Supply Chain Institute, which was established in 2012 to connect businesses with the university’s research and educational programs through annual events, white papers and an advisory board of professionals.
"Noodle Partners continues to expand its reach across the country and across academic disciplines, and I'm especially pleased to welcome the University of Tennessee’s Haslam College of Business,” said John Katzman, CEO of Noodle Partners. “Our transparency, flexibility, and affordability have clearly struck a chord with public universities, which have to answer to multiple constituencies."
All master’s candidates for the Haslam College of Business must first apply to the Graduate School at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. For more information about enrollment, please contact [email protected] or call (865) 974-2475.
