The Utelogy AV-as-a-Service Portal enables AV Integrators the opportunity to offer their customers managed services, similar to that already available in the IT space. In addition to help desk support, the portal also features advanced services like Control Software-as-a-Service, Audio DSP management, video encoding management, and cloud delivery of AV features such as video conferencing, lecture capture and meeting recording.
