UXC Eclipse Acquires Tectura North America
New York, NY (PRWEB) December 19, 2013 -- UXC Eclipse (USA) Inc (“UXC Eclipse”), the USA arm of UXC Eclipse and a business unit of UXC Limited has announced the acquisition of Tectura (USA) LLC, Tectura (AES) LLC and Tectura (Canada East) Limited (“Tectura North America”), wholly-owned subsidiaries of Tectura Corporation for an undisclosed value.
This acquisition will see UXC Eclipse become one of the largest Microsoft Dynamics resellers in the Americas.

The depth of consulting skills and Microsoft Dynamics experience within Tectura North America will extend the reach of UXC Eclipse across the Americas and will see the global UXC Eclipse team swell to over 600 people and a base of over 2,700 customers.
