Vadio Bolsters Ad Sales Team with Experienced Executives to Expand Digital Video Sales and Monetization with Brands and Agencies
Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) June 09, 2016 -- Vadio, the streaming music video platform to drive digital engagement, today announced the addition of two new executive hires, Jeff Quandt, who will serve as senior vice president of monetization at Vadio and Greg Reiss, who joins as vice president of national sales.
Quandt will be based out of Los Angeles and will oversee monetization for Vadio - growing the brand and advertiser network across all video channels. Quandt joins Vadio from Maker Studios, the largest content network on YouTube acquired in 2014 by the Walt Disney Company. During his career, he has been focused on growing audience across all formats, creating lasting partnerships for monetization of key areas of content and building ad tech stacks to drive yield and have full control over all content.
Reiss, a 21-year industry sales management veteran who spent seven years at Viacom in ad sales and most recently served as vice president of national sales at Zuus, will serve as vice president of national sales at Vadio, working with Quandt to bolster the company’s advertising sales business with blue chip brands. He will work out of the company’s New York offices.
“Digital video consumption is growing explosively, and Vadio’s video distribution platform grew well over 100 percent in the past 6 months alone. As a result we need experienced leaders like Jeff and Greg to dive right in as the company continues on an exponential growth trajectory. Both of these executives bring a deep blend of experience working in both linear and digital entertainment sales,” said Bryce Clemmer, CEO of Vadio. “Jeff and Greg are focused on growing Vadio’s streaming music video experiences with publishers and advertisers who want to better engage their audiences.”
“Vadio has proven the effectiveness of its dynamic music video streaming platform to global advertisers and their media agencies, and I am eager to help drive increased market adoption,” said Greg Reiss, Vadio VP of National Sales. “Intelligent brands recognize that to be fully present in today’s market, your content must be premium, relatable, and delivered in a way in which consumers are enchanted. Vadio’s impressive growth is evidence that the team has developed an effective video platform for engaging users while also enabling advertisers to harness streaming video as an effective means for reaching target audiences across multiple highly regarded consumer destinations.”
