Val Margarit Empowers Readers to Live Their Lives by Design in Her New Book ‘Why Not You?’
Miami, Florida (PRWEB) October 11, 2017 -- Self-empowerment is a state of mind, a strong inner belief that positively charts a person’s destiny for success and happiness. Dr. Val Margarit, an education specialist and motivational speaker, finds that especially true about women who she believes have the inner strength and power to control their own destinies despite their environmental and societal circumstances.
She boldly presents this theme of developing and nurturing self-empowerment in her new book “Why Not You? How to Become an Empowered Woman.” Margarit, an immigrant from Romania who came to the United States in 1996, said the inspiration for this book came from her mother.
“Growing up with a mother who couldn’t read or write was very challenging,” she said. “I didn’t know it at the time. However, as I grew older, I knew that if I wanted a different life, I would have to make some choices and one of the choices was to move away from my family farm and get an education. With this book, I wanted to share my story and help out other women to become self-empowered so they can also achieve their own dreams.“
It was that dream that lead Margarit to build a successful career in the United States and the power to help others. In her book, she helps readers to:
- Learn to live your life not by hope or chance…but by design
- Learn to overcome limiting beliefs and create their own success stories
- Identify your real values and plan your life around them
- Become accountable for everything that happens to you – good and bad
- Achieve balance and become empowered in four key areas of your life- emotional, health, financial, career, political
- Use new found knowledge to change your life and make a difference in the world
With the title, she asks women why shouldn’t they want the best in their lives.
“In my mind, I ask those women ‘Why not you?’” she said. “What is the difference between you and self-empowered women? There is no difference in terms of ability so you have to become aware of your inner strength. Get an education, work on your skills, develop good habits and you’ll be on your way to achieving your dreams. You have to make some changes, take some action and live your life by design, not by choice or chance.”
