Valley Presbyterian Hospital Salutes Medical Director of Anesthesia

VAN NUYS, CALIF. (PRWEB) April 28, 2015 -- Valley Presbyterian Hospital congratulates its Medical Director of Anesthesia, Ali Manoochehrian, MD, who received the esteemed “2015 Ace Award” from EmCare, a national physician practice management company.

The award recognizes a single, EmCare anesthesiologist from across the U.S., who demonstrates excellence in patient care, clinical expertise and strong leadership. Dr. Manoochehrian received the award during EmCare’s annual Leadership Conference, held in Orlando, Fla., March 30 – April 1.

Dr. Manoochehrian is lauded for his anesthesia skills, especially nerve blocks for orthopedic surgeries, as well as attentive patient care. Colleagues describe him as an effective leader with a collaborative spirit. He earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine in Dominica, West Indies. His residency in anesthesia was completed at the University of Southern California Medical Center.
