In addition, Empower presents a variety of opportunities for personal growth for its male and female members including educational events, networking and social activities.
In Empower’s attempt to foster a community that will help women be successful, both during college and in the workplace, the group hosts various events throughout the year, including A (Wo)man’s World, an international women's education celebration, at the University of Houston’s Main Campus.
