Vancouver Local Launches New Facebook Game: Dragon Assault
Vancouver, BC (PRWEB) April 25, 2014 -- Dragon Assault, a new Dungeon-crawling RPG developed by Eagle Ridge Entertainment is being released on Facebook today. Gamers are welcome to enjoy complete quests, fight monsters in first-person dungeon mode, or battle epic monsters with their guild. This is a new school role RPG designed by those that grew up loving the old school classics.
Eagle Ridge Entertainment’s mission is to develop social RPGs that gamers can play in the line at the grocery store, while they’re waiting for their significant other to finish trying on clothes at the mall and even for those that game at work while their boss isn’t looking.
“I made this game because I thought that current Facebook games lacked the stuff that I enjoyed about console games. Great and varied inventory, a 'party' of characters instead of just one, and explorable dungeons. Facebook has proven to be a great platform for indie developers like us. They take care of all the stuff that isn't the actual development. They allow you to reach new users through status updates, and they also provide a method of collecting payments from players. By releasing on Facebook I was able to focus on writing a great game instead of all that other stuff.” said Eagle Ridge Entertainment founder, Jordan Elligner.
Some feature of the game include: Select up to four characters and hire mercenaries to help you complete quests, Fight your friends in Battle Mode, Customize your party with up to 11 mercenaries, 4 unique races, 4 different classes, and hundreds of different items. [Play Dragon Assault now.
