Chow joins Vanguard Properties after 12 years at The Mark Company where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales. While at The Mark Company he managed nearly 50 project coordinators, sales agents and sales managers across 4 states in new development sales. He’s earned a reputation as a specialist in urban subdivision luxury properties, as well as mixed-use, adaptive re-use, conversion and condominium products.
