Although the bankruptcy price was not a matter of public record, a Rothwell executive claims to have turned a profit in flipping the property. The Pinnacle Family of Companies now manages the project.
Now fully completed, Vantage Luxury Flats & Lofts features sleek lines, luxurious finishes and a comprehensive range of amenities including 24-hour concierge service and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountain ranges and the lights of the world-famous Las Vegas Strip.
