Varsa Health Wins Inmar’s Digital Health Challenge Powered by Flywheel
Winston-Salem, NC (PRWEB) July 28, 2015 -- Varsa Health prevailed after a tightly contested Pitch Day to win the $25,000 cash prize and potential funding of its idea from Inmar, as well as $17,500 to spend with Kilpatrick Townsend’s world-class corporate attorneys.
“Two exceptional teams rose to the top during final deliberations. The judges engaged in a very robust debate that ultimately concluded Varsa Health’s solution most closely addressed the Challenge statement and aligns well with Inmar’s commitment to using technology and data analytics to drive better patient outcomes,” said Inmar Chairman and CEO David Mounts. The Challenge statement asked: How can disparate data sources be leveraged to discover health-related correlations and insights that enable individuals and their support groups/families to collaborate, monitor and improve a patient’s health?
