Vector Marketing Promotes Hall of Fame Member Trey Harris to Division Coordinator of the Florida Atlantic Division
Orlando, FL (PRWEB) June 20, 2017 -- Vector Marketing, the sales and marketing arm of Cutco Cutlery, has promoted Trey Harris to Division Coordinator of the Florida Atlantic Division. Harris is a member of the Vector Marketing/Cutco Hall of Fame and will responsible for running the division’s pilot office. Located in Orlando, this pilot office sets the standard for other offices in the division. Harris is also charged with increasing the number of Vector Marketing sales offices in Eastern Florida.
Harris has more than $18 million in career sales and in 2016 ran Vector’s number-one district office in the nation. For that achievement, he won one of the company’s top honors: the 2016 Silver Cup. Harris also ran a top-3 district office (out of more than 300 worldwide) for four years between 2012 and 2015. As a manager, he has qualified for the company’s yearly incentive trips every year since 2005, visiting places from Prague to Panama, from Budapest to the Bahamas.
“Trey Harris is the perfect fit to take on the role of Division Coordinator of the Florida Atlantic Division. He has one of the strongest track records of developing people of any manager in our company. Last year, his office finished number one in total sales out of all district managers nationwide,” said region manager Scott Dennis. “I am excited to have him as a part of our management lineup, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for Trey to have an opportunity like this. He has earned it!”
Harris has a bachelor’s degree in business marketing and management from East Carolina University and is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. He started as a field manager with Vector in May 1999, where he personally sold more than $185,000 worth of Cutco. He has since worked as a branch manager, sales manager and award-winning district executive. He has personally managed and helped develop the careers of more than 5,000 Vector student sales representatives. Each year, Vector Marketing provides work opportunities for tens of thousands of students across the nation and helps these inexperienced student sales representatives gain valuable career experience.
Harris said he plans to set high standards in his new position. “My main objective going forward is to help my district managers create serious wealth: to create millionaires, to be specific,” said Harris. “I want to help challenge and grow our managers to lead their lives in an honorable way, exuding class and taking advantage of all of the career opportunities Vector has to offer.”
