Vector Solutions Onboards Carla Luke as New Chief Financial Officer
TAMPA, Fla. (PRWEB) January 09, 2018 -- Vector Solutions, a leader in eLearning and performance support solutions, announced today that Carla Luke has taken the role of Chief Financial Officer, leading the Finance, Legal and Human Resource teams. Luke comes to Vector with over 25 years of experience helping build high-growth companies, both publicly traded and privately held.

Vector Solutions is poised for another year of growth following a record-setting year of expansion in 2017. Last year, the company increased revenue by 65% due to economies of scale and expanded with three new locations in Boston, MA., Cincinnati, OH., and Salt Lake City, UT. The company also hired nearly 150 employees, increasing its total employee count to 312. To continue such an aggressive growth strategy, Luke’s experience will be invaluable to meet financial projections.
Before joining Vector Solutions, Luke worked as the CFO at Greenway Health (private equity owned), a $350 million provider of technology enabled software and services to the physician ambulatory market. There, she drove significant improvement in EBITDA margins, successfully refinanced a syndicated debt facility and integrated a variety of cloud-based systems to drive efficiency and improve performance. Her leadership and passion for employee development was reflected by a 63-point improvement in the Finance employee net promotor score.
Luke’s professional experience also includes roles as Chief Accounting Officer at Greenway, VP/Controller at Vitera Healthcare Solutions, Sage Software Healthcare and WebMD, all companies which became Greenway Health. In these positions she was a key contributor in acquisition transition and integration activities.
Prior to her nearly 14 years with the company that would become Greenway Health, Luke worked in financial leadership roles at Comdial Corporation, Vicorp, and Danka Business Systems after starting her career in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers. She graduated from Arizona State University Honors College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and also holds a CPA.
