Veldos, LLC Announces New Global Head of Compliance

Nicole joined our team earlier this year and will be leading the consolidation of our compliance and oversight functions to strengthen our delivery platform as we complete the integration of recent acquisitions. With Nicole’s leadership, Veldos will be able to expand our compliance and oversight processes to not only support all current client processes, but also be proactive in creating next generation practices and promoting transparency with clients. “Nicole’s addition to the Veldos leadership team is an important step toward building a world-class compliance culture. Some of the key initiatives Nicole will be spearheading include expanding and standardizing our call monitoring program, defining enhanced auditing processes to ensure all work-product meets and exceeds client expectations, and developing Digital Compliance programs for Veldos’ five calls centers across the globe. She will manage our efforts around licensing, regulatory affairs, complaint management, call monitoring, quality assurance, and audit.
Nicole is a recognized leader with the Debt Buyers Associations (DBA) and an Association of Credit and Collections (ACA) Professionals certified Compliance Officer with over twenty years of experience in the industry. Nicole also spent ten years with a major credit card issuer where she held positions in merchant operations, sales, and collections. She most recently served as the Vice President of Global Compliance for iQor where she had oversight of the compliance operations across the globe. Throughout Nicole’s career she has worked with state regulatory bodies, the Federal Trade Commission and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
