Velociti Inc. Ranks on the Kansas City Business Journal’s List of Top Private Companies
Riverside, MO (PRWEB) June 25, 2015 -- Velociti Inc., a global provider of technology deployment services and CSTK Inc., a diversified distributor of transportation, construction and communications equipment and related services, have been ranked #46 on the Kansas City Business Journal’s list of 150 Top Private Companies in the Kansas City area. The List compiles the top 150 Kansas City-area private companies, based on 2014 revenue, which increased by over $20 million from 2013 revenue.
In 2014, Velociti experienced significant growth in its hospitability division, with a national rollout of over 40,000 Access Points (APs) for a leading hotel/casino chain. Significant increases were also seen due to a boom in onboard technology installations for compliance with new FMCSA Regulations. Velociti also expanded its portfolio of services to include Managed Services and Deployment as a Service. To support this tremendous growth, 49 new employees were hired, including Account and Project Managers, Project Coordinators, System Engineers, Field Engineers, Quality Assurance Personal, Call Center and Warehouse Personal.
John Schoenthaler joined as CIO; he oversees all aspects of the company’s IT department and its managed services division. Gina Daniel-Lee joined the executive team as Vice President of Strategic Alliances, responsible for a diversification strategy through building and maintaining fundamental partnerships and identifying and driving the alignment with key industry partners.
