“We’re gratified by the acceptance of our products by homeowners in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties, and in the Florida Keys,” Noe said. “We think our insistence on quality and our willingness to custom design everything we install have a lot to do with that.”
This year is the first full year that Venetian Builders has a retail presence to augment sales from the Internet and word of mouth, Noe said. Venetian has retail sales displays in 41 Home Depot stores throughout South Florida. “Our leads have almost doubled with the retail displays,” Noe said.
Maintaining quality while expanding has been a paramount goal, Noe added.
“Increasing supervisory personnel as well as crews has helped us maintain our standards and complete projects on time, and homeowners appreciate that,” Noe said.
Noe said Venetian custom designs every project it undertakes, regardless of its size or budget. “We know that the best West Palm Beach sunroom isn’t necessarily the ideal Fort Lauderdale solarium or the perfect Boca Raton Florida room,” he said. “We design and build each to fit individual needs. Custom design lets us create a structure that’s just right for the home it expands and for the neighborhood it’s in.”

Venetian added new products in 2013, further expanding sales, Noe said. Introduced this year were giant code-compliant skylights, wooden roofs for homes in areas where insulated aluminum panels are not accepted, and retractable awnings.
