(PRWEB) July 30, 2015 -- Venture Construction Group of Florida holds a Hurricane & Storm Damage Preparedness seminar on August 4, 2015 from 4 – 7:30 p.m. at the Hutchinson Island Marriot Beach Resort & Marina located at 555 NE Ocean Blvd, Stuart, Florida. The educational event is open to homeowners, businesses, commercial property owners, property management companies, real estate agents, and community members. The Hurricane & Storm Damage Preparedness seminar includes expert speakers in construction, real estate, law, insurance restoration and storm damage repairs. Topics include hurricane and storm damage preparedness; how to obtain an accurate assessment for hail, water, wind damage; community tips on obtaining an accurate inspection from certified professionals. The speaker lineup kicks off with Joe Radcliff, CEO of the National Insurance Restoration Council, a non-profit organization devoted to protecting and educating property owners and restoration contractors. Radcliff, a Florida native, will discuss how to protect your property before, during, and after a storm. Radcliff will review hurricane season predictions in Florida, hurricane preparedness, how to choose a qualified and vetted construction and restoration company. Michael Duffy, partner at the Childress Duffy Law Firm, will discuss how to obtain proper insurance policies and protection for your home or commercial property. Steve Shanton, CEO of Venture Construction Group of Florida will discuss storm damage repairs, assessments, and preparedness, particularly for property owners who were hit by the April hail storm in Stuart and Martin County.
