Veracity Engineering Team Selected for a 10-year $767 Million SE2025 Contract Providing Systems Engineering (SE) Services to the FAA
Washington, DC (PRWEB) August 04, 2015 -- The FAA has awarded Veracity Engineering a 10-year "Systems Engineering 2025 (SE2025)" contract with a cumulative ceiling value of $767 million. The SE2025 contract will provide a broad range of aviation related technical, financial, and programmatic support services that will enable the FAA to accomplish its National Airspace System (NAS), Non-NAS, and NextGen mission objectives.
Under the leadership of Mr. Dan Courain (Program Manager), Mr. Dave Barstow (Deputy Program Manager), and Ms. Victoria Cox (Sr. Technical Advisor), the Veracity SE2025 Team will deliver the technical support services necessary to assist the FAA in executing its integrated evolutionary plan to move beyond ground-based radar technology and voice direction into the second century of aviation using modern technology. This evolution requires updated procedures and new equipment, satellite-based operations, advanced communications and automation, and improved weather and traffic management capabilities.
“The award of the SE2025 contract reinforces Veracity Engineering’s long-standing commitment to supporting the FAA in their efforts to modernize the NAS through the implementation of NextGen technologies,” said Hai Tran, Veracity President and CEO. “I am extremely pleased that we have this opportunity to expand our partnership with the FAA and apply our proven approach to systems engineering on SE2025.”
Our team understands the critical role the SE2025 contract will play in enhancing system-wide capabilities to meet the increasing and dynamic demands on the NAS. This is why we assembled a team of industry leading companies with access to readily available incumbent personnel and decades of experience supporting the FAA. These companies include AvMet Applications, Concepts Beyond, Concept Solutions, Covell Solutions, Engility Corporation, Hi-Tec Systems, ICF International, Infina Limited, Intelligent Automation Incorporated (IAI), MCR Federal, Monterey Technologies, Native American Technology Corporation (NATECH), North Star Group, Pragmatics, QED Consulting, SRA International, Stinger Ghaffarian Technologies (SGT), and Tetra Tech AMT.
“I am immensely proud of everyone on this team for the effort put forth over the past three years, developing an exceptional proposal and ensuring that we are ready to deliver on day one of the contract,” said Thomas Lamoureux, Executive Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer for Veracity Engineering. “This win was all about the team in every sense of the word. We fully intend to make this collaborative approach a cornerstone of our execution strategy on SE2025.”
