Verde Energy Texas Chooses SmartGridCIS for its Enhanced Billing Solutions

Verde has selected SmartGridCIS for the flexibility it offers in bringing new products to market, offering customers more tailored solutions in managing and paying their electric bills and giving them greater control over how and when they use electricity. With the addition of SmartGridCIS GridLink Prepaid solution, an all-in-one prepay billing and CIS solution that allows energy providers to offer time-based rates, and to alert, flag and collect from customers before they use electricity, Verde will enter the pre-paid electricity market for the first time. In addition, Verde will leverage the SmartGridCIS consumer facing applications which allow their customers to check balances, make payments, change communication preferences, and more. These include the myAccount mobile application, and myAccount web portal.
