Vertafore President and CEO Alex Lintner Steps Down
Bothell, WA (PRWEB) October 17, 2014 -- Vertafore, the leading provider of software that transforms the business of insurance, today announced that Alex Lintner has stepped down from his role as President & CEO of Vertafore as well as from the Vertafore Board of Directors. The board has engaged the assistance of a leading executive search firm to retain a permanent CEO. In the interim, Tim Dunn will dedicate additional time with the leadership team to facilitate decision-making and communication. Dunn is a Vertafore board member and an Operating Partner with Vertafore’s principal shareholder, TPG Capital.
