Vertafore's CTO Selected as Winner of 2014 Puget Sound Business Journal's CIO & CTO Awards

Judges unanimously selected Beack as the winner in his category after considering his three-year tenure at Vertafore.

The 2014 competition marks the first year the Puget Sound Business Journal opened up their prestigious CIO awards to include the Outstanding CTO of the Year categories. Entrants were evaluated on innovation in creating a competitive advantage, optimizing of business processes, and their overall impact on the company’s bottom line. Beack, alongside other 2014 winners from Paratransit Services, Outerwall Inc., MediaAlpha, Trupanion, and Seattle University, will be honored on December 10th at a special celebration at the Bell Harbor International Conference Center in Seattle.
The recognition by PSBJ follows on the heels of another recent Vertafore award win at the 8th annual Oracle Excellence Awards for Fusion Middleware Innovation. Vertafore took home top honors in the Business Process Management category for the significant business milestones achieved through their innovative use of Oracle Fusion Middleware.
