Veteran Owned Small Business J & J Powder Coating Celebrates Grand Opening March 16th in Virginia Beach
VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA (PRWEB) March 06, 2018 -- J & J Powder Coating (J & J) and its parent company SJS Executives (SJS) will host a Grand Opening and ribbon cutting ceremony for J & J’s new facility at 2401 Bowland Parkway #310 in Virginia Beach, VA, on Friday, March 16, 2018, at 2:00 PM. The Mayor of Virginia Beach, Will Sessoms, will preside over the ribbon cutting.
The primary owner of J &J, Gino Gonzalez, is a service-disabled Navy veteran and Hispanic American entrepreneur who is proud to offer powder coating services to local commands at Naval Station Norfolk, Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story and Joint Base Langley-Eustis, among others.
“Although we also serve individual customers with personal powder coating projects like motorcycles and yard fixtures, our new large-scale ovens and blast booths in the Bowland Parkway facility enable J & J to powder coat bigger and heavier vehicles and components like those used by the military,” says Mr. Gonzalez.
J & J’s workforce features multiple Army and Navy veterans who share Mr. Gonzalez’s initiative, energy, ethics and motivated outlook. The staff of J & J is poised and ready to triple the current throughput of the business during the year ahead, with anticipation that this increase in volume will enable the company to hire additional powder coating professionals and provide more veterans, including the service disabled, with fulfilling long-term jobs.
The local community is welcome to attend the Grand Opening and ribbon cutting at 2 p.m. on March 16, 2018; light refreshments will be served, and there will be several contest drawings for powder coating services, concert tickets and more.
