Veterans Day Cab Ride Program Provided by Martin, Harding and Mazzotti, LLP

The appointments include doctor, therapy, and hospital visits during the week of the Veterans Day Holiday from November 9 – 13 during the hours of 6:00 AM – 8:00 PM. Veterans and military personnel can simply dial the 1.800.LAW.1010 (1.800.529.1010) phone number where an operator will assist them with their ride to and from their medical-related visit. Veterans will also need to show their valid military ID to the cab driver at the time of the complimentary ride.
In addition to the new Veterans Week Cab Ride event, Martin, Harding & Mazzotti has offered the Cab Ride Home Program during most major celebratory holidays for more than a decade. This program offered in the Capital District, Saratoga Springs, Amsterdam, Utica, Plattsburgh, New York areas; Burlington, Vermont, and Springfield, Massachusetts has provided an easy way for people to put safety first and not to drink and drive. The program provides taxi rides home at no charge during major holidays and will be in effect again later this month for Thanksgiving Eve, a popular partying night for college students.
To make this life-saving program more accessible for Smartphone users, Martin, Harding & Mazzotti launched an easy-to-use app that is compatible with both Apple and Android devices. Users can also access the app by searching for ‘MHM Taxi’ in either application’s online store. Once loaded, you will find the “Free Veterans Holiday Cab Ride” tab on the application’s navigation tab. Riders will be asked to fill in basic personal information and designate a pickup time and location before downloading a certificate to present to the taxi driver at the time of the ride. Once completed, users will need to call 1.800.LAW.1010 for their ride.
