Victory Energy Announces Extensive Global Market Expansion Plans
Collinsville, OK (PRWEB) August 20, 2013 -- Victory Energy, an industrial boiler manufacturer, announced today a major new business initiative aimed at establishing a major global market presence for the company. The aggressive overseas expansion plan involves extending Victory Energy’s current domestic market position across international vertical industries and segments in power, refining, pulp and paper, petrochemical and all other ancillary markets that have steam requirements.
The business penetration into international markets is a natural extension for Victory Energy as the company footprint begins to extend beyond domestic markets. Victory Energy CEO John Viskup commented on why the global business emphasis is so important to Victory Energy. “By expanding our global presence, it provides Victory Energy with the sales and service project business potential required to fuel our ambitious growth objectives. This allows us to make our product lines more applicable to all international combined cycle power plants. It’s the next step in making Victory Energy a global player in all the markets we serve, with increased presence both domestically as well as globally.”
Viskup explained what markets Victory Energy would be expanding into to better serve both domestic and international markets. “We plan to continue serving our current markets with the product they’ve come to count on, while at the same time placing company-wide emphasis on combined cycle HRSGs, and industrial boilers that provide saturated or superheated steam from 5,000 PPH to 500,000 PPH in a single-packaged system, as well as modular larger scale applications.” Much of the company’s international efforts will be focused on emerging market opportunities, with the Asian region being an emphasis market.
“In recent years, market conditions haven’t been conducive to making cost efficient use of industrial boilers and combined cycle HRSGs. That is all changing and we believe that market conditions are now right for internationally-based utility companies to actively investigate looking more favorably at the size of combined cycle plants Victory Energy supports due to relatively inexpensive natural gas prices and the lack of the large scale pipeline infrastructure being in place.” Viskup stated.
Current economic conditions are fueling the trend and one of the main reasons behind Victory’s Energy foray into global markets. The change is rapidly accelerating based upon technological advancements in recovering energy resources for use in industrial boilers and combine cycle power plants, namely natural gas, which often times is a by-product of oil recovery. Horizontal drilling and fractionation have emerged as efficient ways to unlock these valuable resources. These reserves, which were previously thought to be too inaccessible to pursue, are now readily available.
From an overall industry perspective, Victory Energy’s global expansion provides increased opportunities for utility and industrial companies to use cheaper, more accessible fuel sources to produce steam with industrial boilers and combine cycle power plants. Lower-cost fuel translates into far more affordable finished goods and electricity across previously underdeveloped parts of the world.
“It’s important to note that natural gas and oil are not the end game; it’s about what you can do with those resources to generate value for everyone involved,” Viskup said. “At the end of the day, the end user gets to increase production, support additional products and services to grow their business, and in turn, create more jobs.”
Victory Energy’s global expansion uniquely aligns with the overall goals of the company to achieve growth and expansion by increasing in-country presence to create valued relationships with clients and strategic partners that drive business development in global markets. To accelerate the global reach, the company has already begun establishing a physical presence in key global markets and is concentrating on establishing meaningful relationships that Victory Energy is known and respected for as being the best customer experience that exists today in the steam generation industry.
