VideoPropulsion Adds MPEG2 Transport Steam Demultiplexing Capabilities With The Launch Of Several New Products
Slinger, WI (PRWEB) November 30, 2015 -- VideoPropulsion® (OTC:VPTV) announces that it has added demultiplexing to the company’s toolset for processing MPEG2 Transport Streams that can selectively process and convert multiple program transports streams (MPTS) into many single program transport streams (SPTS).
Extracting this functionality from its existing DG-1000 DVB-ASI to IP gateway, VideoPropulsion is now integrating demultiplexing into new products including DVB-S2 satellite turn-around appliances for International markets, along with a new high-density dedicated IP-to-IP demux appliance.
“As our 40 year history demonstrates, we continue to be customer-focused by delivering products with features that our customers demand”, said Carl Pick, Founder, Chairman and Chief Scientist of VideoPropulsion. "We have built a comprehensive toolset for MPEG2 transport stream manipulation upon which to build our FloodGate® DTV appliances, including: multiplexing, modulating, decrypting, encrypting, and transcoding. Adding demultiplexing capabilities was a natural extension of our toolset as we develop new appliances for new markets”
Products with MPEG2 Transport Stream demultiplexing capabilities are available directly from VideoPropulsion.
