Vidisco Introduces the New FlashX Pro Wireless - No Wires, No Worries

This time, Vidisco created a built-in wireless module for its best-selling FlashX Pro imager. This enables the FlashX Pro system to work completely without cables. With Vidisco’s new FlashX Pro built-in wireless module, the FlashX Pro system no longer requires an ICU to Imager Cable. In the past, when in wireless mode, the ICU and Imager were the only two components that still required a cable connection. Now, the main components - including the Imager, ICU, X-ray source and laptop do not need to be connected with cables. This improves the portability of the system and makes the set-up time faster than ever.
NDT technicians stand to greatly benefit from this new improvement as this will enable them to quickly and easily go about their work. The faster set-up and improved portability of the system means that they will be able to more effectively X-ray items (such as pipes, aerospace parts, ship hull welds and the like) in hard to reach and distant places.
