Vikoz Enterprises Completes Deal with Major Manufacturer of Plastic Powder, Pellets and Scrap
Sandy, Utah (PRWEB) August 29, 2014 -- Vikoz Enterprises, the Sandy, Utah plastic recycling company, said today that the company has recently wrapped-up negotiations on a long-term deal with a major manufacturer of plastic powder, pellets and plastic scrap.
Vikoz Enterprises has been in the plastics recycling business for 18 years and is now one of the biggest companies in the entire industry. They recycle all grades of plastic and the purchase raw plastic scrap in any form, regrind or resin. Vikoz specializes in post-commercial and post-industrial accounts and offer grinding services, used plastic pallets, bins, totes, and boxes.
Details on the agreement reached between Vikoz and their partner were not available due to contractual terms. However, a spokesperson for Vikoz did say that the contract runs for one year starting July 1, 2014 and is subject to a 2 year renewal if all goes as expected.
In commenting on the contract a Vikoz spokesperson said, "This agreement fits perfectly into our long term goal to provide feedstock to our customer base." Vikoz expects to start receiving loads of plastic feedstock under the terms of the agreement starting in the next couple of weeks from plants in Canada and Houston, Texas.
The company on the other side of the Vikoz deal maintains plants in both the U.S. and Western Canada. The agreement between them is said to involve approximately 3 - 4 million pounds of mostly LLDPE and HDPE resin, for which Vikoz has deals pending with long time buyers.
