Villa Castelli Adds Flavor to Miami Spice

Started in 2002, Miami Spice, held by the Greater Miami Visitors and Convention Bureau (GMVCB), is a 2-month event held August and September. Villa Castelli recently won “the Best Overall” accolade at Flavors of Miami, a culinary competition featuring Miami’s best chefs and restaurants, held at the Loews Hotel, benefiting the American Liver Foundation.

“Although Miami Spice ends in September, and due to an overwhelming response, we will be extending the Miami Spice menu until the end of November 2016,” said Costanzo.

In addition to the Miami Spice menu, Villa Castelli signature dishes include Chilean sea bass, whole branzino and homemade pastas. They also offer other dishes and daily specials, including lamb, steaks, salads and desserts made from scratch daily.
