The focus of the Villa 24/7 Care program is to improve care quality and help avoid trips to the hospital unless absolutely necessary.
When a resident is in need of immediate medical care, a Villa nurse can go straight to the resident’s room with a tablet running Third Eye Health’s proprietary telehealth technology, and with the touch of a button, the nurse can conduct a remote consultation with a Third Eye physician to provide the most medically appropriate level of care to the resident. Across multiple states and types of long-term care facilities, Third Eye’s program has shown major reductions in unnecessary acute transfers and readmissions, while also improving care quality and increasing resident and family satisfaction.

These physicians complement the excellent long-term care management provided by Villa’s physicians and nursing staff.
