Vinology Gives the Traditional Brunch Menu a Global Spin
Ann Arbor, MI (PRWEB) April 13, 2015 -- In keeping with its philosophy of creating a seasonal and globally inspired menu, Vinology is launching a new brunch menu, which takes the traditional midday meal and creates a unique Vinology experience. The brunch menu will combine Vinology’s seasonally inspired menus with traditional flavors from worldwide locales to give patrons the best in global cuisine. Vinology’s convenient downtown Ann Arbor location and relaxing atmosphere gives diners a refreshing brunch option starting on Mother’s Day, May 10.
“The Vinology brunch menu continues our tradition of highlighting world cuisine,” said owner of Vinology Kristin Jonna. “Our chefs researched celebrated breakfast classics from regions like Mexico, Ireland, Africa and Europe while incorporating a Vinology twist to create a unique dish.”
For the spring season, Vinology’s brunch menu will feature favorites from Ireland, Mexico and Tunisia while also celebrating local flavors with the Michigan-inspired “Smitten with the Mitten.” Chef Adam Galloway brings his expertise and puts a distinctive twist to Vinology’s unique dining philosophy.
To complement the seasonally inspired menu offerings, Vinology offers a breakfast pastry basket that will feature specialty breads, cakes, croissants and muffins from France, Poland, Ireland and Italy along with many other worldwide locales. A breakfast charcuterie will start with a scotch egg and features various mousses, smoked and dried meats, salamis, and puddings.
In addition to the new brunch menu, Vinology’s specialty drinks menu exhibits its philosophy of offering seasonally inspired worldwide flavors as well.
“We have always followed the philosophy of wine friendly world cuisine, but some people don’t realize that we bring creative, seasonal and worldly ideas to our food, beer and cocktails,” said Vinology owner and manager Vincent Jonna. “Our brunch cocktails will not only stand out on their own, they will also pair nicely with our unique menu items.”
Vinology’s creative specialty drink offerings are expanding to utilize barrel aging techniques with Michigan spirits integrated with herbs and spices. The beer list is rotated seasonally to convey the appropriate style and menu pairing for the season. Brunch beverages will maintain a worldly, fresh, seasonal philosophy with creations such as a green Bloody Mary, Spanish Michelada, and an Italian sparkling Bellini with unique nectar's.
Leading up to the Mother’s Day opening on May 10, Vinology will hold two soft launches for the public on April 26 and May 8. Both soft launches will feature 50% off all food and beverage and take place during regular brunch hours.
