VisualSP's SharePoint Help System Eclipses One-Million User Mark
Chicago, Ill (PRWEB) June 27, 2016 -- VisualSP® recently announced it has passed one million users of its SharePoint end-user help and training system. Over the past two years, the company has seen a rapid rise in the number of commercial, government, and non-profit organizations that are looking at the type of end-user support its VisualSP Help System for SharePoint enables.
"We are extremely pleased that our message of providing inline, on-demand help and performance support is resonating with companies of all sizes. We believe strongly that, by enabling users to learn while they are doing their tasks makes it much easier for them to do their jobs," said VisualSP CEO and founder Asif Rehmani.
VisualSP, founded in 2005, was launched to provide SharePoint administrators, developers, and designers with the training and knowledge they needed to get the most of the SharePoint platform. Since then, Rehmani has expanded the company's mission by making it easier for knowledge workers to master tasks within SharePoint.
The Help System can be integrated with SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint 2013 on-premises editions or SharePoint Online users can add the VisualSP application to their Office 365 platform. It provides user guidance with its own Help tab inside the SharePoint ribbon as well as information icons for various web parts.
Training content comes in various formats including tip cards, screenshots, documents, and brief videos. Although Rehmani–a Microsoft Most Valuable Professional and Microsoft Certified Trainer–has developed much of the training content, users benefit from the knowledge and expertise of several VisualSP SharePoint instructors, many who hold MVP and MCT certifications.
"We are thrilled that we can help improve SharePoint adoption among enterprise users", said Rehmani. "Stronger user adoption, of course, helps drive the corporate governance, document and content management, and team collaboration that SharePoint is built to provide."
VisualSP offers a 30-day trial period for on-premises and online versions of its help system. For more information, visit http://www.visualsp.com.
