Vital Insurance Agency and Heart Haven Outreach Continue Community Charity Program to Support Young People in the Chicago Area
Bolingbrook, IL (PRWEB) June 14, 2016 -- Vital Insurance Agency, family owned insurance firm with offices serving the greater Chicago area and northern Illinois, is announcing the continuation of a charity event begun last month in conjunction with local non-profit Heart Haven Outreach aimed at providing assistance to teens in the region.
Heart Haven Outreach, or “H2O,” provides teens and young adults in the Chicago area with a set of programs that work to build relationship, leadership, and goal setting skills, as well as fostering a moral and ethical approach to life. These programs include a number of community service and life skill education workshops, in addition to regular visits to nearby universities.
“We appreciate all the people who have come out to join the H2O charity event so far, and we need just a bit more help from our community to reach our funding goals,” says Miguel Gonzalez, owner and principal of Vital Insurance Agency.
To reach families and business owners in the area, Gonzales and the Vital Insurance team have constructed an online social media presence and launched an email awareness program to keep charity followers informed. The Vital Insurance team has previously produced a feature article on the charity event in “Our Hometown,” a monthly webzine hosted by the firm, and plans to include another in an upcoming issue.
Vital Insurance Agency has recently joined the “Agents of Change” movement, and as part of an ongoing commitment to community involvement, the team will select and work with a new Illinois-based charity or non-profit every other month going forward.
