Vite Ramen is the world’s FIRST nutritionally complete instant ramen

These were the questions that prompted the creation of Vite Ramen, the world’s first nutritionally complete instant ramen.
Created by twin brothers Tim and Tom Zheng, a single packet of these instant noodles contains 25 grams of muscle building protein (as much protein as a 4oz ribeye steak!), 25% Daily Value of every single essential vitamin and mineral, and 5 grams of heart healthy fiber.
It also addresses common complaints about instant ramen by eliminating both artificial preservatives and deep frying, as well as significantly lowering sodium content.
Vite Ramen is slated to come in three flavors, including a vegan version: Garlic Pork, Soy Sauce Chicken, and Vegan Mushroom Shio.
The product is being developed by twin brothers Tim and Tom Zheng, both graduates of UC Davis. Tim, the elder of the two (by four minutes), originally graduated top of his class in culinary school and went on to cook in fine dining restaurants, including a Michelin Star restaurant, before returning to school and graduating with a degree in Managerial Economics.
Tom handles the nutritional and scientific side of things, having graduated from UC Davis with a degree in Clinical Nutrition. They are part of a small team of four who have created everything from the website design to creating the production facility itself in the USA, with Tom leading the graphic design and marketing and Tim leading the business and production.
Vite Ramen has differentiated themselves from most Kickstarters by readying their own manufacturing facility ahead of time, and are almost ready to produce at the time of the press release, ensuring that the product is ready for the market within months of crowdfunding completion.
Vite Ramen will be available on Kickstarter April 16th, 2018.
