Doug has over 18 years of Executive Sales, Sales Management and Partnership management experience primarily in the Healthcare Technology arena. His responsibility includes Direct Sales, Alliance Strategy and Partnerships as well as the Customer Success Team for VitreosHealth portfolio of clients. He has worked extensively building new sales organizations, recruiting top sales talent, and supporting sales infrastructure to drive revenue and growth. Prior to joining VitreosHealth, Doug held sales leadership roles at Afoundria, NextGen and RemitDATA.
Shanthan Ramasahayam, President, VitreosHealth India
Shanthan brings more than 15 years of experience in healthcare driving enterprise-wide initiatives that streamline operations, capture savings, increase capability, improve service quality, and generate profitable revenue growth. Most recently, Shanthan worked with Trizetto, a Cognizant company, as Delivery Director & Client Partner, overseeing established relationships with clients with revenue responsibility and oversight of synergy opportunities with Cognizant.
Yemil Martinez, Head of Marketing
Yemil brings more than 15 years of marketing leadership overseeing all aspects of marketing and communications for companies across a diverse range of industries including healthcare, media, technology, and software. Prior to joining VitreosHealth, Yemil held marketing leadership roles at Wolters Kluwer, Teladoc, Informa Group, as well as WellPoint and Empire BlueCross and BlueShield where he built new marketing teams in support of high growth and market share expectations or helped established marketing departments develop new marketing expertise in the latest digital marketing technologies.
