SAN DIEGO (PRWEB) August 01, 2017 -- Voxox®, innovator in unified cloud communication solutions for businesses with the most comprehensive unified communications Platform as a Service, today announced that Joann Farrar, VP, channel sales at Voxox, has been recognized as the 2017 Channel Manager of the Year by Global Telecom Solutions (GTS), a broker and certified partner to nearly every major telecommunications provider. The GTS staff and select producing sales partners reviewed the contributions and efforts of more than 50 top channel managers working with GTS. Farrar was selected based on her responsiveness, product and pricing knowledge, service and partner support, and volume of orders. She is the sole recipient of this year's GTS Channel Manager of the Year Award, which was presented at the 4th annual GTS Open House partner event on July 20, 2017 in Detroit, Michigan. Additionally, Voxox was among only four companies represented on the event's industry experts panel, a recap of which is available on the Voxox blog.
"It was a very close battle between several 'rock star' channel managers that support us nationwide and our staff was thrilled to see Joann Farrar win this award," said Mark Stackpoole, CEO of Global Telecom Solutions." For the past several years, Joann has always been stellar in all facets of maintaining a great relationship between Voxox and GTS and our sales partners. In 2017, Joann consistently shined as a true example of what an awesome channel manager can provide. We are happy to commend her for her efforts this year, and to thank her for all she has done to help GTS succeed over the past four years with Voxox products and services."
"I am so thrilled to be recognized as the 2017 Channel Manager of the Year by our valued partner, Global Telecom Solutions," said Farrar. "My mission is simple: to be an effective resource to our partners to help them win deals. I am honored that the GTS team has acknowledged my efforts and I look forward to winning many more deals together."
Joann Farrar has 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. She joined Voxox in 2009 to establish the small to medium-sized business and wholesale business sales channels, and has since been a critical and guiding voice in evolving the channel partner program.
