W.L. Landau Ethan Allen Furniture Store Donated New Living Room Furniture to Hope Residence at Eva’s Village

Paterson, New Jersey (PRWEB) May 29, 2015 -- Lois Landau Leeds, co-owner of W.L. Landau Ethan Allen furniture store (with locations in River Edge and Westchester, N.Y.) first learned about Eva’s Village when her husband, Andy, and she attended http://evasvillagebehindtheseams.tumblr.com/ the ["Behind the Seams” __title__ ] fashion show fundraiser for the non-profit in 2013. Each year since then, they have supported Eva’s Village via this fundraiser. This year they wanted to do more and asked if they could furnish a room for one of the programs at Eva’s Village.

Hope Residence at Eva’s Village houses both a shelter for women with children and a halfway house program for women with children. “The residence has been open since 2008 and the furniture in the community living spaces has taken years of wear and tear from literally hundreds of women and their children that have lived there," stated Marie Reger, executive director at Eva’s Village. “We were so please to have the Leeds offer their product and expertise in refurnishing one of its living rooms.”
