After graduating from Pittsburg State University with a Business Administration degree, Phil joined the Ward/Kraft family in October of 1989. He has worked in various capacities at Ward/Kraft for 24 years. He has been a Production Supervisor, Scheduling/Delivery Coordinator, Office Manager, General Manager and Vice President of Manufacturing.
