Warwick Woodlands Names Contractors for Phase One; Groundbreaking Scheduled for Spring 2016
Lititz, PA (PRWEB) September 03, 2015 -- Warwick Woodlands has named EG Stoltzfus, a well-known local home builder, and the regional Wohlsen Construction Company as the contractors for Phase One of its up-and-coming community. EG Stoltzfus will build the Carriage Homes and Townhomes and Wohlsen Construction will build The Woods Apartment building and complete all site work. “Both of these firms represent fine quality construction,” stated Nicole Michael, Warwick Woodlands Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing, “and we are very excited to add both companies to our growing Woodlands team.”
Phase One of the Warwick Woodlands community will consist of 10 premium location homes, 70 carriage homes and townhomes with attached two-car garages and a 56-unit apartment building featuring secure underground parking. These quality homes offer a variety of one-bedroom to four-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 1,000 sq. ft. up to 3,100 sq. ft. “Our Board of Trustees and staff are delighted that the project will be coming to fruition. Many years of planning will result in a wonderful product in an incredible location,” exclaimed David Swartley, Moravian Manor president and CEO. “Our depositors are eagerly awaiting the beginning of our project that will occur during the spring of 2016.”
Warwick Woodlands is currently accepting Phase One priority reservations, on a first come first serve basis, and Charter Club membership, which is limited as well. Nearly two-thirds of the carriage homes and townhomes in Phase One are reserved and the apartment homes have growing interest as well.
Gary Gaissert, Vice President of Operations for Moravian Manor, outlined some of the next steps for the project. “The Lititz Borough Council approved our preliminary land development plan earlier this year, and the sewer and water capacity has been secured for the entire project. We are working on final formal approvals for our sewer planning module, which includes DEP approvals, and we have submitted for DOT approvals as well. Our civil engineers are refining many project details before the final land development plan is submitted for review.”
