Mr. Christian brings over 22 years of experience in management consulting and entrepreneurship to the role, and will be responsible for leading all strategic and business growth activities while steering the organization’s future vision. Christian’s forward-thinking mindset and ability to decipher trends in the marketplace will ensure that WATERFALL SOFTWARE continues to provide unparalleled digital solutions to solve its clients’ core business challenges.
Prior to joining WATERFALL SOFTWARE, Mr. Christian was instrumental in helping several companies achieve aggressive growth objectives. During his five-year tenure as Director and Chief Creative Growth Officer at 3Pillar Global, the company grew from a small start-up professional services firm with 3 employees to a global trusted partner with 600 employees worldwide, and was recognized for rapid growth by Inc. magazine (#44) and Virginia Business (#6).
Before he worked at 3Pillar Global, Mr. Christian was the Director and President of Tangible Software (now Tangible). During his tenure at Tangible, the company grew from $1mm to more than $25mm in revenue and expanded from less than ten to more than 120 employees. Christian was also the Co-Founder and CEO of True North Solutions where he grew the company from $0 to $35mm in revenues with a successful exit to AMERICAN SYSTEMS. Bobby also held leadership positions at Netrex Secure Solutions (Netrex), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).
