Watermark Learning Adds Training and Sales Professionals to Its Team
Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) April 29, 2014 -- Watermark Learning, a leading global provider of Business Analysis, Project Management, Agile, and Business Process Management certification training, announced today that it has added Senior Director of Training Delivery and Sales Manager to its growing team of experienced professionals.
Matt Barrett
Matt Barrett joined Watermark Learning in March, 2014 as Senior Director of Training Delivery. Matt came to Watermark Learning with over 20 years of experience in the training industry. He most recently held a position as Campus Director of ITT Technical Institute, where he was responsible for the overall direction and operations of the campus through the delivery of Associate and Bachelor-level degree programs and services.
His responsibilities at Watermark will focus on developing and maintaining our support services. This includes providing leadership to the training delivery, human resource, IT, and accounting teams within Watermark.

Matt holds a B.A. in Psychology from St. John’s University, and an M.A. in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota’s Carlson School of Management. He is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
Karen Gonsior
Karen Gonsior joined Watermark Learning in April 2014 as Sales Manager. She came to Watermark Learning with over 20 years of experience in the education field. Her most recent position was Enrollment Manager at Capella University, with responsibility for training enrollment teams, developing leaders, strategic planning, and achieving revenue goals.
Her responsibilities at Watermark will include developing business plans and setting sales strategy along with working directly with our clients to help them grow their business through the use of Watermark’s training and development products and services.
