Toohey, who was vice President of government affairs for Ashland Inc. for 19 years, will discuss the current state of the inland waterways, river infrastructure and other issues.
After Toohey’s morning keynote, the “Inland Towboat Design & Trends Panel Discussion & Roundtable Talks”, led by Tommy Parfait, owner, Parfait Maritime Designs, and Austin Golding, co-owner, Golding Barge Line, will kick off the day’s discussion topics.
