Watson Realty Corp. Merges with Dan Jones & Associates
Jacksonville, Fla. (PRWEB) July 22, 2015 -- Watson Realty Corp. is pleased to announce the merger of Dan Jones & Associates with Watson Realty Corp., effective July 1, 2015.
Dan Jones & Associates has been one of the leading real estate and property management firms in Jacksonville since 1970, focusing in north Jacksonville.
Gene Jones will remain with the company and will become a member of Watson Realty Corp.’s leadership team.

Wendell Davis was elected the president of Dan Jones & Associates as of July 1, with Gene Jones as vice president. The company will move into an office at 751 Duval Station Road, Jacksonville, in approximately 90-120 days and offer property management and real estate sales services. The new location will enhance their exposure and help the company grow. The new location will be located in the Duval Station shopping center, in a former Regions Bank, and will be Watson’s North East Jacksonville office, in addition to the North Jacksonville office located on Dunn Avenue. The new addition will strengthen Watson Realty Corp.’s services and commitment to the north Jacksonville community.
