Wayside Technology Group Appoints Jacquelyn Nyborg as Vice President of Marketing

(NASDAQ: WSTG), an international technology channel company that markets hardware and software – directly and through resellers – to information technology professionals worldwide, today announced the appointment of Jacquelyn Nyborg as Vice President of Marketing, effective September 14, 2015. Nyborg, who will report to Executive Vice President William R. Botti, brings a wealth of sales and channel experience to Wayside Technology Group.
Nyborg joins Wayside with 20 years of channel marketing experience in leadership roles. Most recently, she served as Director of Global Channel Marketing for Perfecto Mobile, a mobile application software and testing company. Prior to Perfecto Mobile, she was Senior Manager, Partner Marketing – Global Campaigns, Programs and Communications & North American Field Marketing at Dell (Dell Software Group/Quest Software), where she led a team of global campaign and program specialists and developed partner campaigns, as well as managed the development and distribution of partner communications globally. In addition, she managed the North American partner field marketing team responsible for the execution of Dell Software programs to and through the channel. Prior to Dell, Nyborg served as Senior Manager, Partner Marketing – Virtualization & Data Protection at Quest, Senior Manager of Global Channel Marketing at Sophos, and was Senior Manager of Global Partner Marketing Programs at Aspen Technologies. Earlier in her career Nyborg held leadership positions in marketing and sales at TechTarget, eSoft and Symantec where her channel programs were recognized with industry awards.
