The awards recognize outstanding efforts in service optimization, and were announced at the Field Service USA conference during a special awards gala on April 19th, 2018 in Palm Springs, CA.
Over 38 nominations were fielded from across a wide variety of industries including IT, telecom, healthcare and automotive. After a rigorous review process, the finalists were selected by members of the Field Service Advisory Board, and were given the opportunity to present their programs for consideration at the event’s deep dive workshop sessions.
