Victor, executive director of the Workers Compensation Research Institute (WCRI) is the video keynote speaker at Business Insurance's 4th Annual Workers Compensation Virtual Conference, which is taking place Thursday, August 22, 2013 from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. EDT.
