Zillow.com is a website, owned by Zillow, Inc., an online real estate data base founded in 2005 by two former Microsoft executives. The website offers estimates, called Zestimates® of the price of a large percentage of all houses in the United States.

In the vast majority of the offers, the price will be at the Zestimate® and the terms will include some degree of seller financing.
