WebRezPro and Kaba Streamline Access Code Management for Vacation Rental Keyless Door Locks

(WWT) announces direct integration between WebRezPro, its cloud-based property management system (PMS), and the Kaba E-Code access management system with Kaba Oracode keyless door locks. The new interface facilitates automatic retrieval and input of door lock codes into guest reservation folios, saving rental property managers time and eliminating the risk of manual errors.
Many of WebRezPro’s vacation rental operator clients take advantage of Kaba’s Oracode web-based keyless entry system, which uses pushbutton locks that grant access through time-sensitive, preprogrammed codes and are managed remotely through the secure E-Code access management website. Without PMS integration, lodging operators sign into the E-Code access management website and manually enter the unit and select dates to retrieve the lock’s access code for each booking.
Now, through WebRezPro’s direct connection to the Kaba E-Code access management system, lodging operators can simply click on a button within the reservation folio in WebRezPro PMS, and the PMS retrieves the door lock code and inputs it into the reservation folio automatically.
