WebRezPro Speeds Up Guest Check-in with MIWA Key Card Interface

(WWT) is pleased to announce direct integration between its cloud-based hotel property management system, WebRezPro™, and key card issuing systems by MIWA Lock Company. The certified interface automates the process of encoding and managing key cards upon guest registration for faster check-in.
Eliminating the need to manually enter reservation data such as room number and length of stay into the MIWA key card system, the direct-connect interface allows front desk personnel to set and manage key card room access directly through their WebRezPro property management system, which automatically sends relevant reservation data to the MIWA front desk unit (FDU). With the interface, the MIWA key card is encoded simply by swiping the card through the FDU, speeding up the guest check-in process and contributing to an enhanced level of guest service.
